Dinner
So I found this butcher shop not too far away from my house the other day they ahve like really freash meats everything form fish to phesant to elk and buffalo. Really nice people there ended up buying some ground buffalo and beef bacon. Both were really good and very lean. Not too expensive either. I was rather surprised. Makes really good chili.
