Well, this definitely wasn't what I was wanting when I woke up this morning. Did anyone else see the talking dog, or was it just me? Scientifically speaking, I think it may have been an animation or CGI of some sort. Dogs completely lack the vocal cords and lips necessary to form human speech.
Ah, perhaps that was a test. Maybe this is all a test, to see if I'm ready for the next step in my training. The accommodations are... bland, to put it mildly, but on the positive side, if a bomb were to go off, I'd be incredibly well protected.
As for the mention of 'experiments', well... I'm not sure how much I approve of such a thing, unless I'm on the giving end. I'm much better at that, you know.
