1. [It's a fairly casual day and one of the first few quiet days in a long while. The weirdness level here in Confuto Ordinato is usually very much off the charts. For once, it seems today will be a day without any bit of hassle. At least, until you see the short, weird Councilor that always seems to be wearing that fez and green robe. He's taping up a bunch of posters on the walls that reads:

"Lost: Toys of Power. Need Agents and Enforcers of all sizes and abilities to hunt for them, no questions asked!

PS: For more information, please call Assistant Councilor Anton Papierwaite"]

Ah, you there! Yes, you!

[... and now, he's running over to you. His accent seems to be somewhat middle-eastern.]

2. [The council is in session and it seems all the division's councilors are gathered together... All except one anyway. As usual, the mysterious Councilor Norrington is missing. In his place, as usual, is Assistant Councilor Papierwaite.]

My friends, unfortunately, Councilor Dr. Norrington will be unable to join us today. However, I, Assistant Councilor Papierwaite, will be serving in his place! He has left me with his opinions about the current bill and so, it will be as if he was right here with us!

Yes, that's exactly what it'll be like.

3. [It's been a while. You've never seen Councilor Norrington the whole time since this Papierwaite has come here. You decided to finally confront the man in his Councilor Dorm... provided that you can even get in. You knock a few times, but...]

Just a minuuute! [Cries the sing-song voice of Papierwaite.]

Wait, fool! We don't have time for guests tonight. Shoo them away or something.

... err... Councilor Dr. Norrington does not have time for whoever you are! Please just leave a note at the door! [... and Papierwaite slides a few slips of sticky notes beneath the cracks of the door.]

4. [So, Norrington's true identity has been revealed some time ago. ... Surprisingly, people have gotten used to it fairly well. Papierwaite is just walking around as usual with... the fragment of the Elder God sticking out of his torso.]

... I'm not quite sure whether or not I should be afraid or impressed, Papierwaite... None of these people even seem to bat so much as an eyelash at the presence of an elder god much less writhe in insanity...

I know! Usually, the only ones that aren't driven to the brink of madness are those that are already...

Let's... not think about that, shall we? This is awkward enough as it is.
