Nanoha blinked, looking over as she saw someone who definitely wasn't happy. "Hey, is everything okay?" she asked as she walked closer to him. Despite the fact that common wisdom would say that she should be trying to move away from an angry boy.

But maybe there was something that she could do to help him.

"Huh?" Burn didn't recognize the girl who spoke to him, but his glare lessened slightly. "I think someone went through my room while my friend and I were sparring. I can't find some of my stuff."

Nanoha's eyes widened. "That's horrible! You need to tell one of the Masters right away!"

He nodded. "I was just on my way to do so."

... He wasn't about to tell the girl that he was lost.

Aussa shouldered the rather large green-and-crystal keyblade on her shoulder as she pushed up her glasses. "It's fine," she said, trying not to wince at the few good shots he got in. "But your form definitely needs more work. Have you tried the dance lessons to get quicker on your feet instead of relying on sharp strikes?"

"I haven't. I've been playing soccer my whole life, so this fighting thing's still a bit... weird to me." Burn tied off one bandage, and started turning his attention to another area.

Aussa chucked her tongue as she sheathed the weapon onto her back, using her magic to fasten it there as she sauntered over and picked up a roll of bandages. "Still your speed is impressive, and I would be honored to spar again later on."

She shook her head, reaching into her pocket of her long brown robes and took out a Hi Potion. "Hold out your arm. You'll need some of the potion to help speed the healing before wrapping it."

Burn nodded, obediently holding out his arm. "Thanks. You're really skilled, too."

And it was at this point he would meet someone who was unlikely, even if she was happy, to show it. Alice, being naturally one of the more curious people in Disney Town, naturally wanted to know more about the people that surrounded her.

"Hello," she said to him. "Why are you smiling?"

Burn turned to face the one who addressed him, his expression never faltering for a moment.

"I've finally managed to control my fire magic! I've been having issues with it, so..."

"Good one for you," Alice said. "I'm still struggling a bit with fire myself. Freeze was a bit easier, you know, because I had something like that on my old world. I have a bit of a little theory about magic though."

She'd ruined a few decent dresses thanks to her missteps. "I'm Alice. Who might you be?"

"My friends say I have a natural affinity with fire, but it was still pretty difficult. Although, I think certain sorts of magic are harder than others. But I digress. What's your theory?"

He paused before adding, "I'm Haruya, but everyone just calls me Burn."
