Must be a more restrictive world then mine - where I'm from, any Scion whose parent controls water could potentially do the same.

Water magic on my world is just... prissy stuff. Divination and warding. I'm much happier lighting my enemies up.

And yeah, I've never heard of a Scion before, so that makes sense.

Scion is what we call the child of a god and a mortal - my Father is the God of the Seas, and creator of Earthquakes.

I... that's a little unbeleivable, but different world. What's the name of this god? Or title, if He doesn't like giving his name to mortals.
