Just got home like 20 minutes ago. About to start MASSIVE cleanup operation here in the house. House is being listed TOMORROW since Tammy has to do a walk-thru. We are going to list it low so that it sells quickly. There are 3 potential buyers already. It COULD sale by this weekend.
No sleep whatsoever last night. I dont mean that I napped or anything. I mean NO FREAKIN' SLEEP! So right now, I have drank one Venti White Chocolate Raspberry Latte with 4 shots and have started on another. I think I will be able to work until hmmmmmmmm...at least midnight???
Tomorrow I call mortgage company and get payoff. I got a letter in the mail yesterday saying that I owe $73,000...Shelley doesnt think so. Since I bought the house at like 71,000 (Tammy found that out!) and owe less than that in principle balance. So, I get that tomorrow and whatever else I need to get. Tammy comes over for walk-thru. I call Dad and get the key so that we can start getting stuff over there.
Tonight, I need to make sure I have some throws ready to place on the furniture. Not like it is going to stay, but for show purposes...Yeah. Has to be PURTY! Rick maynot have to come over to take care of the yard if it sales quickly. Otherwise, he will be coming over to take care of that next week.
Moving starts Monday.
I am really beginning to appreciate my sister more and more. Today, she had to borrow the Jeep to deliver some cakes. She took it into Montgomery for this HUGE double full-sheet cake. Her Expedition is in the shop right now and she has access to Mark's new truck, but it wont carry something that big. Anyways, since I had like 1/8th of a tank of gas, she FILLED it up. I dont mean $20 worth, which is my usual amount, but like somewhere between $40 and $50. I have a FULL tank of gas! It should last me about 2 weeks considering I will be making multiple trips to Dad's house while moving. Dad's house is like ummmmmmm....7 or 8 miles away from this one. Plus, she is the one that got all this worked out.
I know what she is getting for Christmas from her hubby (who will be joining us in the massive move project next week)....But I am not gonna say on here since it could get out! All I know is that she will be EXTREMELY HAPPY. She might even cry :)
OK - off to work off this espresso overload that I am on....
