So I totally was able to pull off a cinematic line from out of some chick flick or something off the cuff in real life earlier. I'm a little proud of that.
I had such a good night tonight. Spent it with Kate, showing her the bass tracks I recorded and her guitar parts she recorded for a bunch of her songs, then we chit chatted over shock tops, sang obnoxiously loud on our way to Nashua to get some Vietnamese takeout which we had with a couple glasses of apple cranberry fruit wine and chit chatted some more until we just started playing and video recording us playing a bunch of songs and it was just a really really good night and then I walked her out to her car and then I got to have that little cinematic exchange and it was wonderful.
Of course, I had to go ahead and ruin the night, as is per my custom, via text conversation. Well, sort of anyway. She told me that I didn't ruin the night at all. I kind of believe her, which is more than I've been able to say about other folks in the past. Which is weird.
I'm friend zoned, by the by.
I should move to Casablanca, Morocco, open up a fancy night club and become a heartless recluse.
