They warn you about killers and thieves in night; I worry about cancer and living right

I'm glad I don't have to write any songs right now. Because it'd drive me insane not being able to focus tightly enough to paint a worthwhile composition. I keep starting things up and can't finish them because I just can't be satisfied with anything I'm coming up with at the moment. It's pretty frustrating ( Read more... )

First off, it's not that difficult to get "Tooms" from both "Colin Adams-Toomey", and the fact that there is plenty of inference that Tooms is Anna's ex-boyfriend. "Tooms" is not actually a code name, but more or less a nickname I chose for him because his last name reminds me of an X-Files character, more specifically "Eugene Victor Tooms", the liver eating mutant from the Season 1 episodes "Squeeze" and "Tooms".

I do not write my overly-emotive and pretentious songs to attempt to change Colin's ways, or anyone else's. The songs I compose are usually done because I think people will find them interesting or because it amuses me in some way. Although I don't believe I've written a song specifically about Colin yet, though I do have one or two that I'd love to dedicate to him.

The only stalking that I can actually confess to doing is Facebook stalking, an nonexclusive act I perform on many people, something everyone does to everyone. Anything else that I do to spend time with her (i.e: calling her up to see her, stopping by her work place, throwing rocks at her window with Dave Jackson because we didn't have her new cell number) are because she is one of my dearest friends and I like to see her.

I never made any claims to have ever been her boyfriend, although many people have mistaken us as a couple on plenty of occasions. I'll admit those moments were always fun for me, but I never let it cloud my perception of the reality of our relationship.

Assuming you are actually Colin (I know, that's a big if), you claim that you fight for your honor and your good name, and you claim that my actions are "unvaliant". Yet, at the end of the day, I think we'll find that one of us had enough respect and love for her not to consider her just another fuck, but as someone far more important than a tool for getting off.

XOXO
Tim
(He probably figured it out by LiveJournal stalking Anna's friends page for a few hours!)

P.S: If you really are Colin and would like to duel, unfortunately I cannot make it down to you yet, so you would have to meet me up here in little ol' New Hampshire, at which point I would gladly allow you to avenge your "besmirched honour and good name."
