It's industrial, work it underground! Get down get down get down!

I just wrote the lyrics to what could possibly turn out to be a really fun song, if Chris and compose the music the music proper in what I'm feeling should be a pop rock fashion. I'm stoked.

This weekend was one of the best I've spent in New York out of the dozen or so times I've been there. Watched 2 really awesome Yankees/Sox games, a really good Celtics game, had a nice walk through Manhattan, danced at a nautical themed party after making and receiving some ridiculous risque texts, and I got to finish it off with a long spend-time-with session with Anna.

I traveled to New York primarily for her graduation ceremony with only one bit of info from her: that it was on the 27th. Through a combination of highly professional investigatory techniques, informants, and random correspondence with Grace, I managed to find the time and place(s). All I was missing was... a ticket to get in. Fuck.

Met up with her before she stepped into the theater, made plans to meet up 3 hours past the current clock hand positions. Did thusly. She initially kept being overly self-conscious by making mention of how she was no fun to be around at the moment (this was flatout false, of course, as Anna and good times always go hand in hand, JSYK). We chatted it up in a dressing room for awhile, avoiding the crowded downstairs of the Academy, until A suggested we hit up the park. So then we hung out there for awhile. Awhile being a slight understatement. It was really good, hangin' was a swell time, pretty much exactly what I needed.

Tomorrow... CHRIS!

Britt on Wednesday, and Thursday morning!

Dave is useful for career path assessments. Makes me think, keeps me on my toes, reminds me to be aware of other factors that I forget to keep in mind. Thanks, Dave!

Anna comes back sometime second half next week!

I found my spark plug for music motivation again! Rock!
