Actually, I remember this girl I used to have the biggest crush on... anyway, that's beside the point, the important thing is that we actually never addressed each other by name. Not purposely, mind you, we just never did. At least we didn't for the longest time, can't remember how long that lasted...

Then there was this good friend of mine I knew and hung out with at lunch for about a year without knowing his name.
