So, the Angel Biscuit dough? It makes really good cinnamon rolls. :) Yay for successful experiments. And yay for the baby staying asleep when I got up! She hasn't done that in awhile.
Rowan can tolerate dairy now, but I'm trying not to overdo it (I'm still allergic myself :p).
I made the Angel Biscuits from The American Century Cookbook. This recipe looks similar, only mine made twice as much dough (so just double everything except the yeast, if you want a TON of dough). I took a measuring cup, measured in 2 teaspoons of vinegar, and added almond milk to the 2-cup mark, in place of the 2 cups of buttermilk called for in my recipe. So for 3/4 cup buttermilk, you'd measure out 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and then add a milk sub to make 3/4 cup
