The other day, maybe a week or several ago, I made corn muffins with hot dogs for dinner. I cut up four hot dogs, fit two of them, in pieces, in as many corn muffins as my usual corn bread recipe would make, and baked the muffins, and then I added the other two hot dogs to the baked beans we were having as a side. And then I cooked some frozen peas. Credit for the idea here.
