Well that was a disappointment
Okay, I went to yoga. When I got there, I was told it was an "advanced" class. So I opted to watch and go back tomorrow night. About 5 minutes into watching, I decided I wasn't going back. If it was really an advanced class then everyone's form would have been outstanding. It looked like a bunch of beginners like me. And the instructor didn't even walk around and adjust form. The form was horrible! I'm not going back. My friend V and I are going to do yoga together at her place instead. I could probably get better using the DVD I already have. Sheesh!
