I think the subject pretty much says it all. I've finished course work and had my very last exam ever last wednesday. So now I have all day every day to focus on practical work and actually achieving something this year so that my thesis can be more than an introduction. On that note, I'm not actually sure that my reaction is working any better than it was last time.
I have a deadly mole. It just appeared on my face about a week ago. I'm getting it checked out tomorrow. I'm probably going to die of cancer anyway (thank you toxic chemicals) but I'd like to live at least another couple of years.
Job hunting is going relatively well. I applied for a few graduate programs at big international mining companies and so far I've got through the first round of two, which means my resume is decent. I've got an assessment centre next Tuesday for Orica (not exactly sure what they do...remind me to look it up).
And that pretty much somes up my life. Except that Jessica and I are going to the Ikea store on the weekend. Very exciting.
