That's the only explanation I can think of for the spurious linking of the front page article of people not recognising their local council members (shock! horror!), and a local boy building his own Dalek.
The video of the boy terrorising his local shopping centre is quite amusing too.
I should probably lock this post. I don't want the Northcote Leader finding out that they way to get me to read their crap is to put a Dalek on the front page.
