Writing & Real Life Update
Given the length of time of time since my last substantial post on anything .I thought I should give an update as to the current status of my writing.
Unfortunately, it is not good news. Basically nothing has been written since the end of October last year. Chapter Seventeen of 'By Eries' shore' was being rewritten slightly due to some beta notes before being posted, when real life intervened.
My Dad was admitted to hospital with a minor stroke at the end of November so needless to say writing went out the window. Thankfully he was okay and is now back at home but this with numerous other complications, work pressure (too many major projects to count) and real life holiday season stuff meant that my brain essentially became fried during December. So when I managed finally to get an opportunity to sit down again earlier this month I was totally stumped and the page stayed stubbornly blank.
So I have got to go back and do some re-reading to pick up the threads of the story. Hopefully that will be this weekend before I settle down to finish polishing the current chapter and dive back in to a regular writing schedule. None of this of course has been helped by a stinking cold which has just crept up on me in the last couple of weeks. You can't see it but my stiff upper lip permitted a small amount of self pity there.
Seriously what all this means that it is likely to be around the second week of February before I start a regular posting schedule again. For those still reading sorry for the delay. .
