I am okay and am really not that worried about the nuclear situation. Experts are saying that even the worst scenario is not gonna create a huge health risk.

People back in Europe, please stop worrying too much. It seems like a lot of foreign media are making the situation in Tokyo and the area I live in look much worse than it is.
I made up my mind to stay for now, of course keeping a close eye on the situation and if there is gonna be an immediate life threatning situation of course I'll reconsider. However, I really believe that chance is very small.
I am very well prepared for any situation and I am avoiding unnecessary risky situations. For example today I cancelled my job interview, which would have been in the center of Tokyo. I also try to stay inside as much as possible.
At the moment my life is in Japan and I consider this also "my country". I would not leave the Netherlands in a similar situation, so i see no reason to do that now.

Life is continuing as much as possible. Even right after the earthquake life continued in Tokyo, same here in Kanagawa. A lot of my roommates still commute to their work. Apparently in Tokyo a lot of supermarkets are out of stock, but a lot of restaurants etc. are open, so it's not like people are starving. Same for the water. Mineral water supplies are running low, but so far the drinkable tapwater is still running.

I am living in Kanagawa and there is still lot of food and water available here. Except for bread and milk, but apparently that's all sent up north to the tsunami area. My apartment is on a high hill and since it's a very residential area, there are no high buildings around.
