Everything is almost there!
So we took Chris' dad with us to go see the house on burkey again.This was the 2nd viewing for us and i love the house so i wanted Chris to bring his dad along to take a look at the roof and part of a old chimney that isnt working but will need brick work.He said about 5 grand to fix it.(that means we can bid lower then what the owner is asking due to the roof and that chimney needing to be fixed! SOOO EXCITED!!!!!) We took his dad to look at others houses but nothing could compare to this house on Burkey street. Its alittle small but its very modern and up todate and just perfect for our starter house.The way things are going right now we may have the house by april. Until then i hope no one else wants the house. I told chris i will go sit in the front yard if i have to to keep anyone else from looking at it.
