New in the life of ME!
Yesterday I started two new treatments to hopfully start me on the road to wellness. One was similar to massage, but focus more on pressure points. The other is called Trigger points injections, which is where they inject Novocaine into certain points of your body. This is suppose d to help lessen the frequency of my migraines, and help the severe muscle aches that keep me awake even when im dead tired, and sometimes keep me a prisoner of the couch. Fingers crossed!!
Today Lily and I went to Spring Valley and packed some food and enjoyed the wonderfulness that is Spring Valley. For those who don't know what it is, its a farm that is run like the would have run it in the 1800's. No electricity, nothing to make life easy. They make their own soap, butter, milk the cows by hand and all kinds of crazy stuff. Its also connected to an arboretum, and a marsh surrouned by probably 10 long nature filled trails. There is also a nature center. Its free, its fun, its educational, its safe and Lily and I just love to go there. She loves to pet the horses and cows. We stay away from the pigs since they stink terribly. Today we found a big huge turkey feather and she carried it around. We had a great time. I feel so lucky that such a great place is only a mile away from me.
I watch So You Think You Can Dance. This year I was pleased to see that they brought on Wade Robson as a Choreographer. His routines are the best on the show, and are always so stunning. From his choice of music, to his complex, twisted, amazing routines..... I wish they would give him his own show to showcase his work (yes i know he has tht show on mtv, but that show was dumb)

This one is my all-time fav. from season 2.
This one is my 2nd fav. It wasnt executed as well as it oculd have been, but that doesnt take away from its twisted awesomeness.
This one is tied for my 2nd fav hehe The Devil and the Angel (i wish the vid's were cleared because this one has a lot of great facial expressions that really help capture the character they are playing)
This one is a story about a mother and baby fox. beautiful but my least favorite because its not really what I would consider "dance" as it is just performance.
