Well I agree with them for the most part. I hate seeing crazy ass kids running around like they own the place, or throwing massive fits cause they are spoiled.  If your kid cant behave you need to leave.  But banning them from places

It's easier to get around fat people than it is a stroller. :P

Anyway, I can totally see this kid un-friendliness. Kids just aren't "in" right now. Lap dogs are in.

This lady came in earlier with her kid in a stroller. The kid, maybe 1.5ish, kept saying Hi! or Bye! I found it cute, and said hi and bye to her. But the crying kids, yeah, you need to walk them around or take them out for a while. (I'm in a library.)
