At least I don't kick your motherfucking ass for reminding me that I should be able to smile through my girlfriend being run over by a car. I am aware it could be worse but I gain no comfort in being reminded of that.
That silver lining? That sunny side of this?
The sunny side was two weeks ago when we could go biking and plan our adventures. Right now, with no acknowledgement of our relationship at work to grant me leave time , I watch her deal with all the uncertainty from hours away.
