If you want to be interviewed, tell me so in comments (I'm going to limit this: I will definitely interview the first five. If there's more than that, I'll do it if I have time). Be aware that they'll be fandom related.

Five Questions from fandom_me

1- Who was your first RP char? I was in an email-based Star Trek RP when I was 16, but I don't remember my chars' names. They were all OCs based on non-canon starships. My first journal-based RPG character, and the first one I played after a long break from RPing since the email ones (beginning the *three years* I've now been RPing actively) was Alicia Spinnet on colloportus.

2- Who is your favorite character - ever and currently active?
Oh, that's hard. I liked playing both my Jean Greys in Switch Below/Lost Kingdom in Pandora Directive, for different reasons. Switch Jean possibly wins, by a tiny margin. Theresa on Different World had all sorts of wonderful character development, and despite the game ending a year ago she's still an alive muse. After everything she went through, she so shouldn't be. I also loved Rogue on After the Cure a lot. Poor thing. Teresa on Phoenix Effect Next Generation was great. Kari and Chandra were arguably my favourites on Phoenix Effect/Eternal City, but it depended a lot on what day it was and what mood I was in.

As for currently active, that's tough. On For the gifted I love Rogue for her determined cheerfulness and Sam for how hard he tries, with everything and everyone; I especially love the reality of his relationship with Manny - it's a potential time bomb, but they're trying, dammit. From The Shadowlands I love Scott for his humanity and Marion for emotional hopelessness and misguided attempts to make everything alright; I also love Phoebe for her unshakableness despite seeming like such a soft character on the surface, and Fletcher for his weird brand of eccentricty and his crazy family. Still from Shadowlands, I love Mercedes even though she's rarely played, Bryony because let's face it, you either love her or hate her and if I hated her I wouldn't play her, Kelly for being nothing but trouble and I think I'm starting to love Autumn for similar reasons. Moving on to the Reading Room and I already love Max and actually Hathaway too, but it's barely started so give the others time to make an impression. They might yet make the list.

3- Tell me one of your popular fandom opinions.
...Probably that I like Rose/Doctor (Nine or Ten. Or Alt!Eight, actually.). That's fairly popular in certain sections of the fandom. Please note however that I don't, necessarily, like all the fic out there though.

Does that even count as an opinion? Or just a 'like'?

4- Who do you play that you would never, ever, want to be like?
Delirium probably shouldn't be allowed to count, huh? Ummmm. One of them would probably have to be Alexis. Because, gods no.

5- Do you have a 'type' of char you graviate to?
I used to do 'types' more than I do now. The big one was "warm and caring and a really good friend to have, often carrying themselves with a surprising amount of grace" (I used to have a lot more of these proportionally than I do now, but: Thea, Mia, Tanwen, Bridget, Elinor, Tessa, Adrienne, Sam, Billy, Andy are good examples... the list goes on). An offshoot of that is "means well and can handle a lot of crap and come out the other side, but tries too hard a lot of the time" (Kari and Marion and to a point Gifted!Rogue are good examples... and now I feel like I need to apologise to Mecca because they can be exhausting). I've been building up more of a selection of Flirty/Slutty/Likes sex types - no, those three do not equal the same thing, I'm just grouping them (Chris, Morgan, both Jasons, Phoebe, Scott, Michelle, Chandra, Pandora!Theresa); this is possibly the biggest 'gravitate towards' in the last year/6 months or so, but while some (Chris/Jason/Jason) are fairly similar personalities, others have more neediness (Michelle), or are a lot more classy about it (Chandra) ... or less classy about it (Morgan, sometimes). Bitchy and self-centered on several levels is fun to play (Eidin, Morgan, Alec and Alexis are good examples here). Some level of crazy (Alexis, Bryony, Delirium... I won't go on). Troubled, maybe by circumstance or illness, usually out of their control (e.g. AftertheCure!Rogue, Kate, Max) is something I'm tending to do more of lately.

I note, not all of those examples are currently in play, so the groups aren't as heavily weighed as they might look.
