I just received this e-mail from one of my co-workers - a good fellow who has recently welcomed his first child into his home:
"This is my attempt to interest you in taking our cat. I know you have two of your own. So if you know of someone who would take a fluffy cat you could pass this along too.
We have discovered that we are now in need of placing our cat. Our cat, Mocha, is lacking the attention she is used to and my wife and I need to find her a good spot to go. She is extremely well behaved. She is extremely interactive - she talks - not hyper. She is a really loud purr-er. She spent 3 years in a shelter and we definitely wouldn’t send her to one - just background info. She is really shy - and would be pretty skittish around anyone new for a while. Eventually though, she will wrap up on your lap or in your arm… All that being said - she would be no good for a family of little ones, but for pretty much anyone else - she’d be great!"
So if you can help, or know of anyone who can, please let me know.
cat,
