Sometimes I amaze even myself
.. with the stupid little absent-minded things I do.
Take today, for example. I decided that I would run to the gym, do some weights there, then take the bus home. Since I was running there, I wanted bring only what I fit in my pocket, so instead of taking my whole wallet, I decided to just grab my student card(which is also my bus pass).
Anyways, I ran to the gym and lifted some weight. When I got to the bus stop, it was 40 minutes until the next bus. I decided to wait, since in take me almost an hour to walk home. While waiting, the thought crossed my mind that maybe I should check that the card in my pocket wasin fact my student card. No, I thought, how could I have possibly brought the wrong card. When the bus finally arrives, I took my card out and, sure enough, it was my bank card. *facepalm*
