ooh. Faithy and Angel..... I'm in; seat belt's buckled and the bowl of fruit and bottle of H20's nearby.

2 niggles:
I didn't really it would be too hard. You left out a word; "think", I think.

The nervous systems down, the nervous systems down. Was this supposed to be, "nervous system's"?

ooh... So Faith and Angel DID get it on? I never did see that episode. I've seen 1-2, 3-7 each episode maybe 5-10 times, but Season 3 I still haven't seen all the episodes!!

I'll fix the first, but the second is a direct copy from Manson's lyrics.
(And its probably not the contraction for "is")

Faith and the Mayor brought a shaman in to take Angel's soul. We never saw what happened when Angel was pretending to be Angelus, but it was kind of spelled out!

"spelled out".... pun?

Whoa...this explains at that UST in canon Angel and Faith interactions, as well as the canon Angelus and Faith interactions in S4 Angel.... I thought there was this UST because of a "kiss" in Buffy - which was about all I saw of that episode of Buffy. (For some reason, everytime it played, I was in/out of the house, so...no complete episode...)

There are only about 5-6 episodes I've seen from that season. One of these days I'm gonna sit down and watch all the episodes, marathon-style.

Well, although now I've spoiled you thoroughly, you'll never forget Faith sitting on top of Angel in gameface, when he delivers the "wriggle" line. Later, she takes him to meet the Mayor and she's all over him.

Wow. I love your Faith. I think you've really captured her voice, and her actions mirror the way I think she'd feel post-NFA. Excellent.

(Also? Big props for using Disassociative.)

Thanks---I heard the song and thought of Faith, actually!

That is a perfect take on Faith - well to my ears anyway! If Angel isn't getting a happy ending with Cordelia, or Anya, I would love him to have a happy ending with Faith (although perhaps not a perfectly happy one!). But wherever this is really going I will be awaiting it with bated breath.

I glad you think I got her voice right. I've only written her once, and I never write first person POV. It'll probably be a couple of days before I get this finished, but it won't be very long.

WHOO HOO!

Loves me some Faith. With all her rough edges, rough talk, and just all around dancing on the border of light and dark, she's just about the perfect heroine.

Just about. Now don't get me to choosing between my favorite of your girls, cause I can't...

And I've got the S Curve CD blaring here at work. :D
Thanks again for that.

There's not enough Faith out there, I thought! And you're welcome!

She's on the far end of the Slayer spectrum that starts with Kendra, the text-book Slayer, the middle, Buffy, Our Hero, nicely balanced between Giles' training and her own instincts, then Faith: no training, all guts
and glory.
