I have having lunch with my father today at home. I mentioned that the new Doctor Who is now OnDemand. So we begin the first episode. About 35 minutes into it, my brother and his girlfriend come over with their lunch. The following conversation ensues...
Bro: Oh no, let me guess, we're either watching Farscape or Doctor Who.
Me: It's the new Doctor Who, and you need to give it a chance!
Bro: *to GF* I apologize in advance for what you're going to see. *to me* Any stupid attacking Christmas trees this time?
Me: *in a huff* They are not all like that! And no, no Christmas trees this time!
