Comment on this post. I will choose seven interests from your profile and you will explain what they mean and why you are interested in them. Post this along with your answers in your own journal so that others can play along.

1. Hatter/Alice: This would be based on Syfy's mini-series Alice. It started with the previews that showed Andrew-Lee Potts as the Hatter. Which meant I had to watch it because he's adorkable. And the 2 of them are so cute together, so I completely ship them both and it's currently my desktop wallpaper. *grin*

2. Psych: This is a USA Network series. It's a comedy and mystery series about a fake psychic detective Shawn and his partner Gus, who help out the Santa Barbara police department. It's sorta a cross between Monk and the Mentalist (though the Mentalist totally ripped them off *hehe*). New episodes start back up next week!!

3. Therapix: Oh, time to go old school... Therapix was a thread on the Official X-Files website for those that needed help with their X-Files obsession. *grin* I joined the ranks there first as an intern and then became a doctor to help out those poor fans with virtual marathons and internet candy and Mountain Dew. That's where I picked up the name of Dr. Teska Future.

4. Sheldon Cooper: I am Sheldon Cooper. Okay, not really... but he's an adorkable character on The Big Bang Theory. Sheldon is a theoretical physicist with a lot of characteristics similar to Asperger syndrome, though he doesn't have Asperger's. I find him completely adorkable and totally crushing on him, and if he really existed, he's the type of character who would have no idea of that fact. *hehe*

5. Darkside intellifinishipper: Otherwise known as DIFS. Another old school name. Also came from the X-Files' official site. To break it down:
  • shipper - for shipping the relationship between Mulder and Scully.
  • fini - for the shipping to happen at the end of the show based on the belief that it would ruin it before hand, thus finishipper.
  • intelli - intelligent, meaning that wasn't a teenbopper 14 year old of "MuldEr aNd ScuLLy 4eva!!!1!!1". Thus the intellifinishipper part.
  • darkside - The Darkside portion came because there were a couple different areas in the official forum. There was a folder for the shippers and one for the noromos (those that did not believe a romance should exist). Then there were some of us intellifinishippers that found that talking to noromos was much more interesting and we hung out in their area of the forum, thus the darkside. And that's how I became a darkside intellifinishipper, or a DIFS. *grin*

    6. Veggietales: A computer animated cartoon created by Big Idea that is about talking vegetables that teach children (and teenagers and college students and 20-somethings that still love it). They have had a couple of movies on the big screen like Jonah and The Pirates Who Don't Do Anything and have fun takes off of pop culture like The Lord of the Beans and Sheerluck Holmes and the Golden Ruler. I actually got into them during high school and have had to buy them all ever since. It's also nice to have another when I babysit.

    7. Primeval: My other Andrew-Lee Potts reference! *hehe* This is one of my favorite British shows that was canceled because it cost too much and then was revitalized by BBC America! There are these anomalies through time that you can go through... and sometimes they come through to us like dinosaurs running around London! Why do they all appear in Britain, I wonder. You'd think they'd be running around America too, right?
  • tv: the big bang theory, tv: misc television
