Locked-Up
Hey LJ'ers,
Well, those of you who think I should be put behind bars will finally get your wish!
This year I am participating in the Muscular Dystrophy Association "Locked-up for Good" fund raiser. I will be "arrested" next Thursday, October 23rd and must raise bail to get out of "prison" (Ugly Tuna Saloona). While I am always very reluctant to ask for anything from anyone, I am doing this because I really believe in the good that MDA accomplishes through their various services as well as the research they fund (please see http://mda.org/ ).
I know that with the uncertain economy and the upcoming holiday season, money is very tight. Any donation, no matter the size, will be *greatly* appreciated and please remember that the money goes to a great cause and is tax-deductible.
