Kitty Drama

So, I worked a very long shift today, I took my "lunch" break at dinner time only because I had to pick up some more cat food for One (which is what my cat is named for those who may not know).  Of course, it starts raining as soon as I step outside my building, but I walk across campus to my car (got into work a little too late, again) and make my way to Petco.  Walking back to the cat food, I see they've rearranged things yet again, I go down the aisle where One's food usually is (Science Diet Nature's Best Ocean Fish (Adult)) and don't see it anywhere.  I see the kitten type, but she is certainly not a kitten anymore and doesn't need the extra energy, she is starting to get a bit on the heavy side.  So anyhow, no adult food in that type, look around to see if they moved it, nope, it is not in the store.  Umm, my cat will not be amused when I get home.  I picked up a bag of the regular Science Diet (Adult) cat food, figuring since it is sorta the same stuff, she might go for it.  Well, I got home a few minutes ago and poured some into her dish (which still had some of her regular food in it from this moring, I do the "leave food out" thing, she gets stressed out and sick if she doesn't see food in her bowl) and she quickly ran over, looked at it, smelled it, leaned back, thought about pawwing it, didn't, then gave me the greatest "WTF?" look I've ever seen from a cat, sadly I did not have a camera handy at that second or it would have made a great LOLcat, hopefully she won't kill me in my sleep...

EDIT: Oh yeah, and because someone reading this may care: as I was walking to my truck and going across the pedestrian bridge across the Olentangy, there were two adult geese and six very fluffy baby geese on the bank below, the adults were trying to herd the babies into the tall grass near the river but were meeting with mixed results, amusing.
