More GC love
I swear, someday, I'm going to write "Everything I Needed to Know About Life, I Learned From Ghostcrawler."
(For the non-avid WoW forum follower, Ghostcrawler is the forum handle of one of the game designers for World of Warcraft. He is also an enthusiastic WoW player and devotes a significant portion of his own time to responding to the concerns/whining posted to the official forums. He's also a sardonic genius, imho. Saying that pures should beat hybrids by 5% is like saying a penny should be tails 50% of the time. If you flip a penny infinite times, yes, it will be tails half the time. But if you flip the penny three time and don't get any tails, you shouldn't take the penny to the bank and tell them it's broken. (Source)
The last time I posted a GC quote (I believe it was about perfection), it hit me like a ton of bricks. This one might not pack the same punch, but it still applies to far more than theorycrafting.
