Oh nos!
So yesterday morning I'm awakened at 4 in the morning by Mathias. This is no big deal. I get up, put him in bed with us and he goes right back to sleep. However, now I am Awake. As I lie there, my mind suddenly going to fast for that time of morning, I suddenly realize . . . I haven't put the spaghetti sauce away. Now I'm not talking some plain ol' spaghetti sauce that I bought at the store, no, spaghetti sauce that I spent an hour preparing and an hour simmering in it's fragrenty and three-batchy goodness. On the stove all night. Now completely ruined.

It wasn't entirely my fault. Steve didn't get home until late last night, so I had to bathe Mathias, and by the time that was done, and he was getting ready for sleeping I was mostly asleep myself and I just went to bed.
Ugh.
Down the drain went my masterpiece. Luckily, we had been able to eat a little of it Thursday night and so at least I got a little taste of my hard work, but my plans of making Lasagna last night were shot (hence the batch times three).
I won't make that mistake again.
