I'm going to pretend nothing happened until I can play Dragonborn on PC. I'm also going to pray that it doesn't break upon release. Actually, as long as it's not hearthfire/horse armour, I'll probably be fine with whatever they release.
I dunno. My experience with this shit is just to wait for whatever official comes out, put in a PR spin into whatever the official stuff says, and then decipher the gist. Alternatively, just... wait for critics to do their job.
NOPE
Actually I can't even be bothered to fix the whole crashing upon entering breezehome thing, mainly because I just can't be arsed to adopt ugly little sins? I want story. There's only so much old stuff you can do. Even reading up on it loses its lustre after a while. It's like a crack fix, except it isn't.
Oh yeah, when it comes to skills, Dawnguard was kinda meh. The story was fun, but the skills and whatnot definitely aren't a selling point. I'm mostly looking forward to Dragonborn for the story as well... Also so that I can go rp a redoran ferreals
I don't know, I haven't replayed it since I've been... er, doing incredibly productive gamer things like putting clothes onto the Altmer in Oblivion for shits and giggles and arranging food in Oblivion. #gamer #hardcore #notreally
Hmm... I liked Dawnguard. It followed the general principle that you shouldn't need to read anything outside the game in order to figure out what is going on lore-wise. It also added an interesting dimension to Skyrim when it comes to mer-kind, whose portrayal I felt was lacklustre.
Content wise, it was long enough, and the story meaty enough. It's not SI, and chances are you won't visit wherever it was again, but it adds to the lore significantly, I think. I liked the experience. It's engaging.
And honestly I was mildly disappointed with SI's main questline, so my standards may be just weird...
I got pretty bored with SI's scenery after ... a while. Liked the skinned hounds, though. And those flesh golems. Anything that still creeps me out after seeing it for the trillionth time gets a good in my book.
Morrowind is weird no matter what you do in it, cliff racers are always going to be annoying buggers, but Cyrodiil and Skyrim has little in the way of being actually weird.
The side quests were awesome, and I liked how they never bothered to sanitize anything in SI, which is always a plus in my book. (Because authors assuming that their readers need to be babied makes me want to kill something, mostly the authors.) It gets across the feel of the Daedric Prince pretty well, and the flavour text is mostly good. And that inquisition quest... Yes. I dig.
What I love about SI is that it was Game of the Year and I don't have to worry about the cost/time played ratio... :p
I can't decide what my favourite is, but I'm guessing Morrowind has more potential playtime in it due to the weird factor. I wanted to do the Nine xpac, but the scenery of Cyrodiil gets boring.
I'm not a fan of cutscenes in general, though. But yes, I wanted to do the quest because of the story about the ayleids and crap. Not so much about how it's predominantly a human thing... Maybe if I rolled a human for it... Hm.
It's just that you have to wander around Cyrodiil.
I'm not, either, but this one is so cool. Yeah, the Ayleids, there's some info on them. I played it through with a Khajiit warrior. I suggest, though, if you have any inclinations towards anything that gets you infamy points like the DB, Thieves Guild, or murder, that you do all of that before beginning the Knights of the Nine. Because all of your infamy points are taken away, and if you get any afterwards, people really hate you, or say nasty stuff.

I wonder how much of it is true. The war with the elves is pretty intense.

I liked Oblivion's horse armor.
That sucks. I haven't heard too much anything good about Dawnguard.

That's good when you don't need to know all this lore.
SI was... interesting. But I love the dungeons and how the place looks.

It is indeed. Outright and innuendo. Tons of innuendo.
Yes. Yes. They really did a great job with Sheo.
SI is my favorite right behind Morrowind.

The Nine is fanstastic if you can get into it. There's one cutscene that I think is among the very best of TES.

Least it came with a map.

(But then I got distracted and got other quest mods which may or may not work with my current buttload of mods.WE SHALL SEE)
Yup as far as i know. Mostly just found it by searching for sotha sil since I think he's kinda badass. Then there's the whole Dwemer train thing.

They didn't have enough of Sotha Sil in Tribunal.
