Does anybody know if there are any mods or console commands I can use to change the bard that appears in a Hearthfire home? I started a new character, and I want to try and play them differently than usual. I'm playing a Nord mage this time, and I want to live somewhere besides my usual Lakeview, just to be different. The two female bards have different voices. The one near Dawnstar is decent, but the other one (near Solitude) was so terrible she ended up in a nearby swamp. Would love to know about mods myself, otherwise I just "fire" them.

That's good at least. I've bought Windstad before planning to use it as my main house, but once I heard the bard sing Ragnar the Red I moved to Lakeview. Was thinking of getting the other this time *the one near Dawnstar, can't remember how to spell it* but figured she would have the same voice as the other lady. I'll give her a chance. If I really don't like her I'll have to fire her.

Er, you can try NOT getting a bard via your steward, spawning a new Llewelyn (or if you already have him in Lakeview, moving him to you) and see if that works.

Try the tilde key, type player.placeatme BaseID in which Llewelyn's base ID is xx018DE0 for spawning a new one. Not sure if this would affect his AI though, he might try walking "home" to Lakeview Manor or something.

To grab him from Lakeview Manor, type prid xx018DE0 enter, then type moveto player enter and then close the console.

I haven't actually tested this on him, so it may be different but I've used these console commands before with other NPCs.
