Damn that boy...
So, yeah... I worked on Sunday night, and I noticed that Garrick was working 10-6. Of course I assumed that it was 10am - 6pm... no. He had to work the night audit shift. 10pm - 6 am! I worked from 4 - 11 so I only got to spend barely a half an hour with him (-__-). So sad. When he came in he asked, "What time do you work till... 11?" I told him, "Nope, till 10:30", and he said, "...Oh..." But of course I was only kidding, and told him, "nah, I'm till 11."
About 15 minutes in to his shift, I went to go check my "mailbox" and at the same time he placed a folder down by me, and said, "Can you please put this away, thank you..." and walked away. Without even answer. So, when he was walking away I told him, "That's okay, you can do it." And he kinda muttered, "That's it, you're staying till 12!" I was gonna come right back and say, "sure, if you say so!" But instead I said, "Yeah, right!" I would've loved to stay an extra hour. Poor baby was all alone by himself... *sigh*. Heck, I'd stay the whole night to keep him company!
And guess what I did... I called him twice at work AFTER I had left! The first time was to tell him that I forgot to do something for a guest. The second time was because I was re-writing my resume, and asked him his advice. I needed to kinda summarize what I do as a GSA. It was a short but sweet conversation. *sigh*
Oh, which reminds me... when I went to take my break last night, I ended up eating with Rick. Well, we got into the discussion about the whole Friendster thing, right. And he's all like, "yeah, and I dunno if Todd (W.) caught on!" I'm like, yeah, you only wrote Brent's name TWICE!... and I don't like him!" Rick didn't believe and said, "Yeah, right!" I told him, "I promise... he's got a girlfriend, cannot help. I DON'T like him!... Trust me!" But didn't go further than that. I don't think I'm gonna tell Rick. He's too sneaky, I think.
