Had a good Blitz trip down to the Valley for the sister's day of birth. Good food, fun folks, etc. Sorry all you Phoenix folks that we didn't get to see- this was a pretty exclusively fambly trip. Bonus: Awesome hailstorm on the way back up to Flag.
My parents have found a church plant that seems pretty damned head-screwed-on, and it's still young enough that they actually get some say in how things go there, which is super cool.
Stephers weathered turning 30 with grace and dignity and chocolate cake. C and I found a complete works of Gaudi 2 volume set for cheapish at the Borders. With a giftcard burning a hole in my pocket and a coupon in hand I also picked up the red magic 2010 starter deck, leaving me lacking only white and black. Soon my plans of a 2010 star game will become reality...Sooon!
Talked to a pair of brilliant Argentinians last night, got a little advice on the computer sciencing. Must track down an adviser this week.
Also, Christine and I combined forces to get the Explorer from 'In danger of violently explodifying' to 'Mostly working if not wholly reliable. There will be mechaniking in it's near future.
I wonder if I can torrent Chilton's? That would be bascally badass.
