a weekend
I'd been looking forward to the Color Fun Run 5K for a while now, but...the problem with registering for something three months out is that sometimes Life intervenes. For perfectly good and understandable reasons, the two buddies I'd planned on going with had to bow out and, unable to find someone else to take E--'s packet, I...wound up not going, because the idea of driving an hour round trip to do a 5K walk that I could, if I'd wanted, do around my neighborhood, sans wild color powder, otherwise by myself, didn't appeal to me.
I tried. Oh, well. :/ Maybe next year.
Otherwise, the biggest events of the weekend were finishing off "Galavant" [Spoiler (click to open)](I kind of hated how it ended in a very obvious 'S2!' bid, although I found another song I kind of like in "Secret Mission"--and I did like how Galavant's manipulative ex wound up conniving with Gareth to get rid of both Richard and Kingsley), catching up on "Agent Carter", and attending merlinofchaos and esmerel's Super Bowl party (mmmmm, homemade hot wings and pretzel dogs).
It's enough, I guess.
