"Harriet Jones. Prime Minister"
"Well, yes. I know who you are"
What do you mean he's the Doctor? Doctor Who?!
I've just watched "Dr Who Special (2005): The Christmas Invasion". This year is going to be four since it was broadcasted for the very first time but I don't bloody care for the lateness with which I've watched it because...
I JUST WATCHED IT !
AT LAST!
*is deliriously happy!*
The tenth Doctor has just regenerated and he's weak and in pain. It is Christmas time on Earth and Rose and him have just come back from Station number... I don't remember. There's a new threat. Santa's attack Rose and Mickey while they are shopping at a street market and they go to her house to look for and protect the Doctor.
HE wakes up and explains what is happening and, before passing out, says: "Something is coming".
Harriet Jones appears, there's a mention of Torchwood (has to watch that one too), the Tenth Doctor looses his hand (and that explains how Captain Jack Harkness got his hand) and the new adventures of Series Two begin.
I felt giddy, happy, excited and a helluvah lot of thing while watching it, but mostly a huge excitement at finally being able to watch THAT chapter, where David Tenant appears as the tenth Doctor (and he kicks ass at that).
*phew*
I've got almost everything out of my system about the special. ALMOST.
My plan is to download completely Series Two, Three and Four plus the Specials -which are five if you count the one I've just seen. I'm going to squeal, to shout, to cry, to curse, to laugh and to enjoy it because
It is the Doctor!
