There's yet another 4 way intersection here where they're trying to decide whether or not to have the traffic light removed. Never mind the debate on whether it's to save money on running the light or there's just not enough traffic to justify it or the sadder there's just no reason to stop in this town & you're better off to just keep driving. No what's more amusing is they changed one set to blinking (blinkey?) red & the other to blinking yellow. Of course people just blow through at full speed at those blinking yellows, but even funnier is watching people sit at the blinking reds waiting for them to turn green. It happens more than you'd think. How did these people get their license? It's scary sometimes to think what's out there on our roads.
On an unrelated note (unless you buy into that everything's connected jive), I made an observation about gas station coffee the other morning. I'll buy it and take a sip and it will be too hot. I'll wait a little bit and take another sip and it will still be too hot. I'll wait a little bit more and take another sip and it will be too cold. I just can't seem to find that just right sweet spot. Someday I'll find the groove of gas station coffee.
I paid $600 & my car still failed inspection. I still need 2 tires for it to pass which is about $240 & roughly the same amount I need to pay my other bills. Therefore I will be breaking the law maybe not so quite Judas Priest style and driving illegally until next paycheck. This should prove disastrous, but everything always does. Maybe everything is connected after all.
