Job searching continues
Yeah, still no job. I just missed out on a position (a very close second), but that's okay. In fact, it was a bit of a relief. Not that the position was bad, but because I just got an interview for the PERFECT job. And if I'd been offered Job 1, I would have had to accept/decline before I even interviewed for perfect Job 2. How perfect is it? If you custom designed a position to play to my strengths, that would be Job 2. I read the posting for the position and went "Hey, they want to hire ME!" Or, as close as you can get when your name isn't on the position.
So keep your fingers and toes crossed. Good thoughts are appreciated. I'm not religious, but if you want to say a prayer, light a candle, etc, that's fine.
