Hit the legs and the shoulders tonight. Had tons of energy so I stayed on to push out another 30 mins of solid cardio. According to the heart monitor I wear I burnt just over 1300 calories, most of which should have been from fat. Got home and had my post workout meal which nicely filled me up before heading off to Kung Foo.
Had to take the class tonight as the instructor was going over some basics with the newbies. I decided that our combat skills needed refining so we did the parry drill and Attack & Evade all night. Loads of fun.
Just got home and apparently someone is going to be calling me to hook up for some coffee. This person has yet to txt... knowing her however, I'll either not get one or it'll come at around 10:30 when I'm about to go to bed. I'm not holding my breath. I will be slightly disappointed though.
