My team has spent several hours debating the merits of shadows on process flow boxes. We are also in disagreement regarding the usage and presentation of footnotes in said flows.
Is formatting and re-formatting Visio docs really value-added? I mean... would you pay six people $300 per person per hour to do this?
No wonder people think consultants are useless. We really are.
