a survey wtf

Dec 16, 2008 00:47

PokerStars (via a company called Zoomerang) sent me two surveys this week. One asked about the quality and speed of my recent cashout. The other asked about my experience at APPT Sydney.

First, I started filling out the cashout survey. I got this question:

* Please rate how the time to resolve your case once received by Payment Services, met your expectations.

[ ] Very Dissatisfied [ ] Dissatisfied [ ] Neutral [ ] Satisfied [ ] Very Satisfied [ ] N/A

In an error that could potentially qualify me to be an eligible voter in the state of Florida, I actually answered four of the questions with "Very Dissatisfied" instead of "Very Satisfied" because I was expecting it to go More Satisfaction <----> Less Satisfaction like most surveys of this nature. I was able to go back and fix the errors before submitting the form, thus ensuring I don't make any new enemies at my old job.

Fresh from my confusion, I went to the APPT Sydney survey, where I got this:

Oh, come on! Now you're just fucking with me, right?
