Preemptive excuses

There's no way I'm going to get a chapter done in the next week (which would be a month after the last posting), so I thought I'd get to my excuses early. I'm a little more than halfway through the next OWS chapter, but it's slow going with homework getting in the way. *sigh* Can I tell you how much I wish school was done with? It's Intermediate

Happy birthday my dear~ another year, another number. *sigh* mine's in a few months, and it's only glaring because I'm going to a school surrounded by kiddos that are mostly a good 4 or 5 years younger than me. **old lady complex**

I had the pleasure of having enough leisure time (during this auspicious break) to re-read the WHOLE lot of delicious fictions you've brought us over the years. Lol. It was much fun to re-live the trials and tribulations~ mmm.. good stuff.. good stuff.. which makes me hell'a >>it's a West coast thing) excited for the upcoming chappie of you're newest ficcie~ **patiently sits in a plushy chair sipping tea with milk** :3

Hope the diet works. For the women in my family it's around menopause time that the cholesterol just goes whacko. My mom has been trying her best between medication and keeping an eye on her diet to keep it in line. Blood pressure that of a 20 year old, but cholesterol.. *shakes head* Aa~ I can't wait for insurance in my future so that I can FINALLY do all those tests that tell me what may or may not be OK. But it's good (a good sign) that their not just throwin' pills your way~ unlike so many other physicians~

School resumed in a week and a half, and I'm more than ready to hang up my uber lazy skin and get to work.
Glad to hear you're not gonna be as bogged down come the new semester. Stress makes for unhealthy ladies~ *hugs*

Thanks for the birthday wishes. Heh, and I understand your feelings about school. I mostly get the 'old lady' feeling when I get comments from younger FF8 fans and I realize that I've been doing this writing scene for way too long. *laugh*

Wah, you're insane to read through all of those random fictions of mine during your leisure time. Though it's funny whenever I look over my list and relive some of my thoughts when I had first written those things. One of these days, I'm going to have to do a word count and see how many words I've devoted to SxS. ;)

New chapter is coming - I just sent the second chapter of OWS to my betas to destroy. I have a sneaking feeling that one of them is going to complain about the angst, but I have a purpose for everything at this point, so I'm not planning to change anything.

*nods* It's not a bad thing that they are going to try to avoid pills at this point, but when I told my mother, she laughed and said that when she tried the diet route, her cholesterol went up all around. However, you may have the point about the menopause thing - both my mother and grandmother didn't start the pill regiment until their fifties.

Best of luck to you with school! Personally, I wish I had a regular term this time since I just want to be done with classes, but I want to do it right, too. I have all A's for my classes to this point and I don't want to screw that up.

*nods* Less stress would be lovely right now. Let's hope it holds out!
