(no subject)
So, I think we can all agree that I am the worst ever at updating my LiveJournal, at least there's no debate about that!
Let's see! It's summer now.
I did well in all of my classes, so that's something I don't have to worry about until school again in August (hopefully with classes I enjoy better than the ones I had this semester, too.)
It's nice to be home, but at the same time I miss my apartment just a little bit -- because, let's face it. It's nice to have a whole place to yourself and be able to walk around in whatever you want and drink straight out of the carton. Need I que the sequence from Risky Business; dancing around in underwear? Yeah. That's the life.
But I do love being home. Being home means getting to see my family, work to earn some money, go on crazy vacations (right now on the calendar: Jess and I are going to Islands of Adventure next month and MetroCon in July!) -- and spend a lot of time with Jessica since classes were so distracting during the school year! Things couldn't be better with all that.
I want to start a reading goal over the summer! Maybe to read 10 books before school starts again? Right now I know I want to read: The Neverending Story, Lolita, Catch-22 .. hm, I'm not sure what else yet. But I'm open to suggestions if you guys have any! I have yet to dig into Murakami books, but I want to do that, too.
And I suddenly forgot everything I wanted to write about .. bofdnbbf. Need more sleep at night, or somethin'! Maybe I'll make another post soon when I remember what else I wanted to say.
