I was just noticing that more than a few fics over on FF.net have Wash having an abusive ex and a kid she ditched before going to Terra Nova.

But you found it funny so it did it's job!

I saw that fic, I read the first 2 chapters but I don't like it at all.

Also you wrote "Furry Incarnate" so unless Wash is covered in fur, which would be terribly odd for the scenario then I think it's "Fury Incarnate" :)

YES. I have no idea WHY, but for some reason giving Wash some form of abusive ex (who I'm pretty sure she'd beat the crap out of) and a child (or children) seems fairly popular. And then somehow they ALWAYS make it to Terra Nova. ALWAYS.

Evidently she can't just be BAMF. She must be a bamf with ANGST. Because to be a bad ass lady solider you must OBVIOUSLY be fighting for a child.

This is such a nothing comment, but the fic combined with the userpic gets double thumbs ups. It's like the picture is commenting on the story. I can't stop thinking it.
