What happens when I've been doing this for a few years?
I was going through my closet in order to get one of my good hangers for Schala, when I noticed that my really old commander Lacus cosplay was on one of the good hangers. I took it down and tried it on, got a pretty good laugh out of my shoddy craftsmanship and took a moment to regret not wearing more than once and never getting pictures of it. Now the hanger is holding a better costume and I am left wondering what the heck to do with this one.
So what do you guys do with your old costumes? This is only the second or third thing I've made, so it's really neat to look at where I started as opposed to where I am. Part of me wants to wear it just once more to get the use I intended it to have, but my craftsmanship now is so much better that I think it would be an embarrassment to be seen in my old work. I know I should probably throw it away, but I just can't seem to part with it.
