I got my car!!!
Behold! My new Buggy! <3 Guys, I'm so excited about this I can hardly contain myself.
It's a year 2008, only 34 thousand miles on it. I got it for a great price and haggled it down a few hundred. The dealer was thinking about buying it for his daughter so he already knew everything about it. I know I said I was looking at the yellow, but it was gone by the time I was able to go see it. However... I think I love the green even more! Driving it is just so surreal, it feels like a dream, it feels like destiny, really. Driving is no longer scary, it's FUN. I'm going to go take my driving test next week so I can drive it by myself.
A lot of you came to my journal for advice and thoughts while I was thinking about picking my car. You also gave me encouragment when I was practicing driving. I even got some cheers while I went through drivers ed (hell) with all those 16 years old. I'm so happy. I think I owed this to myself. Thanks for keeping my spirits right where they need to be, LJ friends! Now I seriously owe half of you a visit when I'm more comfortable driving myself.
