Wow. Another planet found

Super-earth discovered with water (I suppose in forms not necessarily liquid). Only 40 light years away. Perhaps average temp of around 200C. The thing I found funny is that it was a simple 16in telescope that found it. People hadn't been looking at smaller cooler stars apparently because of the assumption that planets would be found around stars of similar size to ours. So, they're saying probably no life, but to be honest with some of what we've seen extremophiles do on this world, I can be pretty sure nobody will rule it out. In fact this may be one of the better prospects to date.
