Went to the National Museum of the United States Air Force today. It was pretty good, and the time I had there definitely eased some of the stress I've been under lately. The memorable moments from the visit are almost too numerous to list. Seeing the Me 262 and Me 163, looking into the cockpit of a A-10 Thunderbolt II, standing under bombers such as the B-52 and the infamous B-29 Bockscar (until you have, you have no idea how massive these planes are), and seeing experimental aircraft such as the X-45 immediately come to mind.

So all's well, right? Wrong. I've just found out about this documentary being made by a group of fools trying to justify intelligent design by bringing out the tired old "Darwin was a Nazi!" claim based on one poorly worded quote and by portraying evolutionary theory as inherently pessimistic (as if you can't be optimistic without believing in God). Worst of all, Ben Stein is going to star in this train-wreck-in-the-making. Lovely.
