Very little, when it comes to the specifics. I was otherwise... indisposed the last time somebody made a request for a "super soldier" serum.

It was a government project where I'm from. They scrapped it for a while after the initial test seemed to fail. It was picked up later on, with varying results.

I've managed to duplicate it, but like I said over the journals, it needs fine-tuning.

You think that's something you can do?

I see. [He thinks for a moment.] Depending on what I have to work with, yes. You understand that my capacity is limited by what equipment I have on-hand. On a purely theoretical basis, I could improve your formula. If you expect an actual product, well. That could take some time and coordination.

[He shivers a little and begins to walk, in order to raise his body temperature at least a little.]

Mood swings, aggressive behavior. [A beat.] Insanity. Not a particularly marketable product, though I've used it from time to time.

You'll have access to the formula as well as what I have already. It may take a little finagling, but I can get you the equipment I used to make it, plus two blood samples for reference.

If you need more than that, I can work around it.
